Misting for pre build and existing structures

• Contact us for estimates, we can do a site visit or submit an estimate from your CAD drawings

Pre build (under stucco)

• Estimate and installation during framing
• Installation should be performed before scaffolding and lathe
• Once installation is completed, we will pressure test the system past operating pressure
• Stub out for electrical, water should be on the side of the house at the contractors discretion
• Usually near air-conditioning unit, pool equipment or utility room

Plumbing

• ½” thread, brass ball valve at pump location
• Soft water is always beneficial. But not imperative
• 3 Stage calcium/ carbon available
• We have Larger filtering units for commercial projects.

Electrical

• 110 volt, 15-20 amp
• Dedicated circuit at pump location (Amperage depends on size of pump, 220 V on large systems.)
• on/off switch
• Light switch next to lights and ceiling fans or house automation. Remote switches are available.

Existing structures or remodel

• Electrical and plumbing requirements
• Pump location
• Length of patio or pergola
• Pool or layout areas
• Color of structure
• Sleeving under sidewalks, pavers or turf

After the contractor leaves

• Kendall Misting will provide a biannual service for the customers
• Spring start up and fall shut down. Will increase customers warranty from two years to five years
